The National Space Society (NSS) and BLUECUBE Aerospace collaborated to honor the legacy of Robert H. Goddard, the father of modern rocketry. In celebration of the 100th anniversary (March 16, 2026) of that first modern rocket flight. Students were invited to participate in a series of age-appropriate exciting contests that inspired creativity, innovation, and a passion for the future of space exploration. In the spirit of Goddard’s excellent documentation, original artwork and the written word were requirements of the contest.
